Our Vision & Culture

All Things Speech was built on late nights, careful intention, and a genuine love for this work.

We are creating a clinic culture where team members feel valued, mentored, and trusted, and where families experience thoughtful, neurodiversity-affirming care.

We believe meaningful therapy happens when clinicians feel confident, prepared, and truly supported, and when the people doing the work feel just as cared for as the families they serve.

Who We're Looking For

At All Things Speech, we are looking for clinicians who:

think carefully about their clinical decisions and goal setting
can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
reflect on their sessions and use that reflection to refine their practice
value steady, relationship-based care over rushed productivity
are aligned with neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred practice
care about the people behind the work, not just the outcomes

Current Areas of Interest

We currently welcome expressions of interest from:

Registered Speech-Language Pathologists
Registered Occupational Therapists

We also welcome hearing from professionals (e.g. counsellors, dietitians, pediatricians, tutors, etc.) who feel aligned with our values and are interested in collaborative opportunities as our clinic continues to grow.

As a small team, we are currently prioritizing connections with individuals who have completed training and bring experience within their field.
