Micah Ten-Pow

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Micah graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. His background in healthcare and community outreach has given him extensive experience supporting and communicating with children and families, shaping his interest in helping others build connection, confidence, and participation through communication.

His interest in working with children grew through several years of coaching and mentorship, including supporting children in inclusive soccer programs. These experiences strengthened his appreciation for individualized, strengths-based approaches that celebrate each child’s unique qualities, leading him toward speech-language pathology.

As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, Micah enjoys building genuine connections with children and helping create a supportive environment where they can develop their communication skills and confidence. He is excited to continue learning and growing with the All Things Speech team while making a positive difference for the children and families he supports.

Outside of work, Micah enjoys soccer, going to the gym, hiking, travelling, and collecting vinyl records.
